Scrim hubs, ladders and custom lobbies

VALORANT Servers & Scrim Communities

Riot does not hand out VALORANT server binaries, so there is no such thing as a private VALORANT server — every match runs on Riot's infrastructure. What the community does organise is the layer around it: 10-man scrim hubs, rank-gated custom lobbies, amateur ladders and tournament circuits. The listings below are those communities, with member counts and how to get verified into their queues.

VALORANT servers — frequently asked questions

Can you host your own VALORANT server?
No. Riot does not release dedicated server software for VALORANT and every competitive, unrated and custom match is played on Riot's own regional servers with Vanguard running. Anything advertised as a private VALORANT server is either a Discord community organising custom lobbies or a scam.
What is a scrim hub or a 10-man lobby?
It is a community, normally on Discord, that queues ten players of similar rank into a custom match with captains or balanced teams. You get full competitive maps, a real draft and voice comms with people who are actually communicating, which is why teams use them to practise between ranked sessions.
How do I get into one of these communities?
Join the linked Discord, verify your Riot ID with the server's bot so it can read your current rank, and pick up the role that matches it. From there you sign up in the queue channel and receive an in-game party invite when a lobby fills, usually within a few minutes at peak hours.
Does my region matter when choosing a hub?
Yes, more than anything else. Custom lobbies are hosted on the region of the party leader, so joining a hub outside your own means playing at high ping. Pick a community that lists your region, and check whether it also requires an account on that region for its ladder or tournament play.
