Contact JoinGG

Messages go straight to the team's queue, and a person reads every one — there is no bot in between. We have no mail system, so we cannot write back: use this for something you want changed on the site, and you will see the change rather than a reply.

Faster than writing in

Three things the site can settle without us.

List a server
Adding a server does not need a message. Fill in the form: if the server answers our query it goes live straight away, and if we cannot reach it a person checks it, usually within 48 hours.

Claim a server you run
Already listed? Open the listing and use the claim link on it. We verify ownership before handing a page over.

VIP placement and vote packs
Rates are published and you can buy a slot directly. Write in for invoicing or a longer campaign.

Before you write

About a listing? Include its address or its page link — there are hundreds of servers and half of them have similar names.
About a payment? The PayPal transaction ID finds the order instantly.
Reporting something wrong on a page? Send the URL and what is wrong with it.

JoinGG has no Discord, no phone line and no support address — this form is the only way we take messages. If someone contacts you claiming to be JoinGG staff from anywhere else, it is not us.
