- Guaranteed players, signups or revenue. Anyone selling you a number is guessing.

- Removing, downranking or hiding a competitor's listing.
- Placement for a server that breaks a game's terms of service, sells cheats, or runs a gambling economy aimed at minors.
Paid placements are labelled as paid. That is not modesty — a list players stop trusting is worth nothing to advertise on, so the badge stays on and the rankings stay honest.
Questions
Before you buy
Does a featured slot change my position in the vote rankings?
No. Featured listings sit in their own row above the rankings and carry a Featured badge; the ranking itself is community votes and uptime, and money cannot move it. A paid placement never removes a rival listing either.
You sell vote packs — doesn't that make the rankings meaningless?
Yes. Boost votes are added to the same vote total the daily community votes go into, and that total is what the rankings are ordered on — so a pack does move a listing up. We would rather say that plainly than sell it as decoration. What a pack cannot do is remove or downrank anyone else, and every vote a server has is still visible as one honest number.
Who can buy a placement or a vote pack for a server?
Anyone, for any approved listing. You do not have to own the server and you do not need an account: a player can buy a boost, or a featured slot, for the server they play on. If you are signed in the order appears in your account; if not, the PayPal receipt and the confirmation link are your record.
How many players will this actually send me?
We don't promise a number, because nobody honestly can. What we can tell you is that the traffic is people already browsing game servers, that a featured slot sits above the fold on the home page and the category page for your game, and that you can start with seven days and stop if it doesn't work.
When does my placement start and end?
It starts the moment PayPal confirms the payment and runs for the number of days on the package. If you buy more time while a placement is still running, the new days are added to the end rather than replacing what you already paid for.
What happens if my server goes offline during a paid week?
The placement keeps running and the listing keeps its live status, which will show as offline. If your server is down for more than 48 consecutive hours during a paid placement, email us and we will extend the placement by the downtime.
Can I advertise a server that isn't listed on JoinGG yet?
List it first — it's free, and it takes a few minutes. A featured slot and a vote pack both attach to an approved listing, so there has to be a page to point at. Banners and sponsorships can point at your own site instead if you prefer.
Do you take anything other than PayPal?
PayPal handles both PayPal balances and ordinary cards at checkout. For an invoice, a bank transfer or a longer campaign, email support@joingg.co and we'll arrange it directly.
Can I get a refund?
If a placement hasn't started yet, or we can't run it for a reason on our side, you get a full refund. Once a placement has been running we refund the unused days pro rata. We don't refund a campaign that ran and didn't convert.
