What Crosshair is

Crosshair is a free-for-all deathmatch server in Amsterdam, built for aim warm-up rather than for anything resembling a match. Respawn is two seconds, spawn protection is one, and the map rotates every twelve minutes through the competitive pool plus a couple of aim maps.

Three instances run in parallel: rifles only, pistols only and open loadout. They share a player list so you can hop between them with a chat command instead of reconnecting.

What makes it different

• Spawns that are not a coin flip. The spawn selector weights distance from every living player, so getting shot in the back two seconds after respawning is rare.
• Rifle-only and pistol-only instances. Actual isolated practice instead of everybody with an AWP.
• Session stats. Headshot percentage, first-shot accuracy and time-to-damage are posted in chat when you disconnect. No account required.
• Low ping across Europe. Amsterdam routing keeps most of Western Europe under 25 ms.

The rules

• No cheating. Bans are shared with a handful of other European community servers.
• No spawn camping a specific player repeatedly — the server flags it automatically and warns first.
• Mic spam and music get an auto-mute after two offences.
• Racism and harassment: permanent, no appeal.

How to connect

In the CS2 console run connect dm.crosshair.eu:27015. The instance switcher is !rifle, !pistol and !open in chat. Nothing to download and no registration. If you want organised practice rather than warm-up, the Counter-Strike 2 server list has retake and execute servers that suit that better.
